Bressert's ProfitTrader 7.0™:
The Cycle Top and Bottom ID and the %A Indicator - 1
The
Cycle Top and Bottom ID Indicator in combination with the %A (for Accuracy)
Indicator allows you to see how cycle tops and bottoms occur at oscillator
turning points, and to evaluate the ProfitTrader Buy/Sell Signals to determine
your odds of making money in any market, any time frame. |

Trader 7.0™ uses two proprietary oscillators, the Bressert Double Stoc and
the BLine, to identify and trade cycle tops and bottoms as they occur. These
oscillators generate two of the Mechanical Buy and Sell Signals used in
ProfitTrader. The oscillator "turns" form a Buy/Sell Setup Bar; exceeding
the high/low of the Setup Bar generates a Mechanical Buy/Sell Signal. If
the trading cycle is moving in the direction of the Buy/Sell Signals, the
trade is likely to make money; if the trading cycle is moving against the
direction of the Buy/Sell Signals, the trade is likely to lose money. There
are two steps in determining the accuracy of the Buy/Sell Signals. |
|
|
1.
Is the oscillator accurately identifying trading cycle turning points?
2.
Do the mechanical buy/sell signals generated by the turn/crossover
in the oscillator occur in the direction of the trading cycle?
|
If
the oscillator is accurately identifying trading cycle turning points, the
Buy/Sell Signals are going to be in the direction of the trading cycle.
